摘　　要：引导学生正确使用实验仪器设备是实验诊断学授课的重要内容。循证医学要求医学实践务必要遵循科学的原则和依据办事。以循证医学为主导的实验诊断学教学模式按照此要求从事教学实践,有助于提高学生的创新思维及处理和解决临床问题的实际能力。For Students to operate equipment in Laboratory Diagnostics is an important teaching duties. According to the theory of Evidence-based medicine （EBM）, Medical staff are required to act in accordance with scientific principle. The Model of teaching for laboratory diagnostics based on the theory of EBM fits of the request and helps to fostering students＇ innovative thinking and abilities to tackle and solve problems in clinical practice.
