高校教师队伍实现良性流动的思考

摘　　要：高校教师的良性流动,有利于实现资源的有效配置,提高效益。但目前高校教师的流动大多是出于功利性目的,属于一种无序的流动,这对优化教师队伍、实现资源的有效配置是不利的。深入分析我国高校教师流动的特点及无序流动的原因,并提出相应的对策,对实现高校教师队伍的良性流动具有重要的借鉴意义。Postive flow of tmiversity teachers will be helpful for the arrangement of resources and promoting profit. But most present flow of university teachers is not postival but for interest, which will not be good for teacher construction and resource arrangemem. The paper analyzes the characteristics and causes of flow of university teachers and puts forward some suggestion to improve the flow of university teahers which may be helpful for the positive flow.
