烟草内生细菌B-001菌株5 L发酵罐最佳发酵条件

摘　　要：烟草内生拮抗菌枯草芽孢杆菌B．001菌株在田间连续4年防治烟草青枯病均有较好的防治效果．为了提高发酵水平，节省发酵成本，使其能大规模应用于生产实际，通过正交优化试验L9（3^4）确定其5L发酵罐装液量为3L，最佳发酵条件：通气量100L／h，转速220r／min，温度30℃，起始pH8．0，发酵时间60h．The endophytic inhibiting bacteria（ Bacillus subtilis）B-001 had better controlling efficacy on tobacco Ralstonia solanacearum during four-years field test.In order to improve the fermentation efficacy, reduce the fermentation cost and to be practiced on bigger scale, in this paper the optimal fermentative conditions in 5 L fermentation container were studied. The results showed that its optimal fermentative conditions were 100 L/h, 220 r/min, 30℃, 3 L/5 L, intial pH8.0, 60 h by orthogonal experiments L9（34）.
