摘  要:根据故障诊断系统的特点,采用非线性理论对液压伺服系统进行了故障诊断研究。建立了液压伺服系统的非线性数学模型,仿真计算了液压缸连杆速度曲线、压力曲线和阀芯位移曲线,并成功诊断了液压伺服系统的失压故障和混入气、水后所产生的故障。According to the features of fault diagnosis system, a nonlinear model was applied to the fault diagnosis for hydraulic servo system. A mathematical model of hydraulic servo system was developed by using nonlinear theory. The velocity of actuator, pressures of hydraulic cylinder, displacement of valve spool were presented by simulation. The validity of the nonlinear model was confirmed by diagnosing the faults due to decreased pressure as well as the presence of air or water in the system.
