摘  要:针对传统驱动方式在快速定位方面的不足,本文研制了一种基于音圈电机驱动的快速精密定位系统,对其机电耦合特性进行了深入分析,建立了快速定位系统在大行程、高加速度下的传递函数模型;在此基础上,进行了最小二乘法和levy法参数辨识,并通过定位实验对辨识结果进行了分析和比较,为控制器优化设计、提高系统定位精度提供了很好的参考。To overcome the disadvantages of the traditional driving way in a rapid locating system, a rapid and precise locating system is developed which is driven by a voice coil motor (VCM). The coupling characteristics of the mechanical and electrical systems of the locating system is thoroughly analyzed, and the transfer function model is founded under the condition of long stroke and big acceleration. Furthermore, the parameter identification is imple- mented by using least square method and levy method. On the basis of locating experiments, the identification resuits are analyzed and compared, and they show that the identification error by the levy method is smaller, and it is more suitable for parameter identification in medium and high freguency in a rapid locating system.
