摘 要:以交联魔芋葡甘聚糖颗粒为原料,采用先羟丙基化再磺化的方法制备了强酸性魔芋葡甘聚糖基离子交换树脂。红外和扫描电镜检测结果表明,该树脂为蜂窝状多孔微球,色泽好,粒度均匀。该树脂的骨架密度为0.2172 g/mL,平均孔容量为2.7446 mL/g,树脂空隙率为37.20%;交换容量为0.1445 mmol/g,对Pb2+的吸附量为0.2056 mmol/g。Kojac glucomannan(KGM), which has the property of gel, rheological, has a good use in food industry, chemical technology, spin, papermaking industry and medicine etc. In order to improve its property and broaden its application scope. In this study, sulphonate hydroxypropyl crosslinked konjac glucomannan granule(St-IPCKGG) has been prepared by hydroxyl-propylation and sulfonation with cross-linked konjac glucomannan(KGM), and its adsorping properties was reasearched. Results of IR and SEM measurements show that SHPCKGG is alveolate and porous, having good colour and lustre, and the paricle size is well-distributed.
