摘 要:阐述了多片阀片叠加的优点,给出了油气弹簧节流阀的结构和原理,论述了调整垫片在油气弹簧中作用。根据在相同压力阀片弯曲变形量相等当量关系,对叠加阀片当量厚度进行了研究。对在有、无调整垫片两种情况下,对调整垫片对单片阀片和叠加阀片开阀压力影响进行了研究,对开阀压力变化量和变化率与调整垫片厚度关系进行了分析。最后通过实例对调整垫片厚度对开阀压力、压力变化和压力变化率影响进行了分析验证,并对设计油气弹簧进行了阻力特性试验。通过分析和试验可知,调整垫片可以调节油气弹簧开阀压力,更好地满足对油气弹簧阻尼特性设计要求,对油气弹簧设计、特性分析具有重要参考价值。It discussed the advantage of superposition throttle slices, expatiated the structure and work theory of hydro-pneumatic spring, expounded the function of adjust shim in hydro-pneumatic to the equivalent relation of bend deformation of throttle-slice in the same pressure, studied the equivalent thickness of superposition slices. Researched the adjust shim influencing to pressure of throttle-slice opening in single throttle-slice and superposition throttle slices, analyzed the relation of variety quantity and ratio of pressure of throttle-slice opening and the thickness of adjust shim. In the end, proofed the thickness of adjust shim influencing to the pressure and pressure variety quantity and ratio of throttle-slice opening through example, and tested the resistance characteristic of hydropneumatic spring designed. It was known that adjust shim could adjust the pressure of hydro-pneumatic spring throttle-slice opening, satisfied the demand of hydro-pneumatic spring damping pe which has important reference value to optimization design and performance analyses.
