摘 要:企业间学习是十七大"提高自主创新能力、建设创新型国家"企业层面的重要内容。从演化经济学出发,按照比较研究的分析思路,对中间性组织网络中成员企业的学习行为进行解释。从发生条件、演化均衡以及经济效率等方面对两种学习模式,即模仿学习模式与有目的学习模式,进行分析对比。将演化博弈的方法运用到两种学习模式演化结果的揭示上,从而证明了稳定的演化均衡的存在。而从经济效率角度对两种学习模式的比较,则为最优学习模式的得出提供了依据。Inter-organizational learning is an important aspect of our country's policy of "enhancing the ability of independent innovation, and building an innovative nation" proposed in the 17th Party congress report. The modes of learning in inter-organizational networks ,are studied from the perspective of evolution economics with the comparative method. The two different learning modes, imitative learning mode and purposeful learning mode, are ana- lyzed from the conditions, evolution and economic efficiency. Game theory is used to work out the evolutional results of the two learning modes; these analyses show that the evolutional equilibriums are in. Moreover, the comparative study of the economic efficiency of the two learning modes provides a reasonable basis for the best learning mode in inter-organizational networks.
