摘　　要：创新是推动远程教育实质性发展的根本途径。远程教育的创新是探索实现远程教育自身价值的一系列创造性活动,观念转变是推进创新的前提,管理体制是推进创新的关键。学分制是远程教育教学改革管理制度的一项重大改革,应在实践中建立一整套适应远程教育学分制教学体制的运作机制。具体操作上要制定灵活弹性的教学管理模式,围绕培养目标优化教学计划。Innovation is the fundamental way to promote substantive development of distance education. The innovation of distance education is a series of creative activities to explore its value. Change of opinions is the prerequisite of innovation promotion, and management system is the key to promoting innovation. This paper analyzes the content of the credit system and discusses the revolution of long-distance education management under credit system.
