摘　　要：本文根据研发团队知识创造的特点，对Cowan模型进行适当改进，构造出能描述现实申知识交流网络形成和演化的BA-NW网络模型。通过模拟仿真，我们发现小世界网络最有利于团队知识创造，并通过调节初始时备选团队成员的比例及知识差异区间，研究了团队成员的差异性封团队知识创新的影响。According to the features of the knowledge creation in R＆D teams, Cowan Model is appropriately amended, and consequently the network model BA-NW is established, which describes the forming and evaluating of the knowledge communicating network. Through simulating, we find that the small world network fits the knowledge creation best. And the research on the impact to the team knowledge innovation by members＇ diversity has been done by adjusting the initial proportion of the team members and the diversity interval of knowledge.
