医疗行业诚信危机的形成机理及其治理对策

摘　　要：诚信不仅具有伦理意蕴,而且具有经济意蕴,诚信是市场经济体制健康运行的内在机制。诚信是病人权利让渡契约的伦理基础,是社会伦理公平正义的基本表现,是医患经济利益调整的必然要求,也是医学人文精神回归的体现。医疗行业的信用危机是职业道德建设中的突出问题,诚信是职业道德建设的灵魂。诚实守信是医务人员必须遵守的基本准则,医疗活动中应引入体现伦理道德要求的诚信理念,加强诚信教育,健全信用法律制度。The action of doctor must be subject to ethics, we should strengthen the sincere education, improve the system of law. Being honest and trustworthy is the core of credibility, which is of both ethical and economic significance, credibility constitutes the inherent mechanism for the effective operation of the market economic system. Integrity is ethic base of contractual remissibility right of patient and which is the basic behavior of ethics standing for equity and justice, the necessary request for regulating economic benefit between doctor and patient, the embodiment of medical humanism regressing. As to the morality construction, more attentions should be paid to the crisis of sincerity of medical staff. The trait of sincerity is considered to be the soul of morality construction and the guide line of medicine staff. The action of doctor must be subject to ethics, we should strengthen the sincere education, improve the system of law.
