摘 要:以早红和超紫为试材,研究紫甘蓝结球初期上、中、下位叶片的色素含量及需光特性。结果表明,两个紫甘蓝品种的叶绿素含量均以上位叶最低,中、下位叶差异不明显;花青素含量则以上位叶最高,中位叶最低。不同叶位叶片的PLA活性和可溶性糖含量的差异水平与花青素含量相似。光合速率以中叶位最高,上位叶最低。不同叶位叶片的光合作用光饱和点为908~1038μmol·m^-2·s^-1(早红)和853~1058μmol·m^-2·s^-1(超紫),中位叶〉上叶位〉下位叶;光补偿点为63~140μmol·m^-2·s^-1(早红)和38~78μmol·m^-2·s^-1(超紫),上叶位〉中位叶〉下位叶。The pigment content and light-requiring characteristics of upper, middle and lower leaf-position leaves of purple cabbage varieties Zaohong and Chaozi were investigated in the initial heading stage. The chlorophyll content of upper leaves was lower than that of middle or lower ones, but no significant difference was found between middle and lower leaves. The anthocyanin content of the upper leaves was the highest and the middle was the lowest among three leaf-position leaves. The differences of plenylalanine ammonia lyase activity and soluble sugar content among different leaf-position leaves were similar to those of the anthocyanin content. The photosynthetic rate of middle leaves was the highest and upper one was the lowest. The light saturation point was 908-1 038μmol·m^-2·s^-1 (Zaohong) and 853-1 058μmol·m^-2·s^-1(Chaozi) respectively, that of the middle leaves was the highest and the lower leaves was the lowest. The light compensation point was 63-140μmol·m^-2·s^-1 (Zaohong) and 38-78μmol·m^-2·s^-1 (Chaozi), and that of the upper leaves was the highest and the lower leaves was the lowest.
