摘  要:研究了硝酸银络合萃取法分离纯化蚕蛹油中α-亚麻酸酯。考察了萃取温度、萃取剂中甲醇体积分数、硝酸银浓度对α-亚麻酸酯分配比的影响,确定了配位萃取条件和反萃条件。实验结果表明,以40%甲醇水溶液为溶剂,AgNO3浓度为2 mol/L,0℃下萃取2 h,负载α-亚麻酸酯的萃取剂采用石油醚50℃升温反萃30 min,所得产品中α-亚麻酸酯的纯度达到97.9%,收率为44.3%,萃取剂再生方便。A method for concentrating α-linolenic acid ester from silkworm oil by complexing extraction with silver nitrate was studied. Effects of extraction temperature, volume fraction of methanol in extractant and the concentration of silver nitrate on distribution ratio were investigated. The results showed the optimum complexing extraction conditions were as follows : the α-linolenic acid ester in mixed fatty acids ester dissolved in petroleum ether was extracted with silver nitrate of 2 mol/L in 40% methanol - water at 0 ℃ for 2 h, and then the extractant loaded with α-linolenic acid ester was re-generated with petroleum ether at 50 ℃ for 30 min. The purity and yield of obtained α- linolenic acid ester were 97.9% and 44. 3 %, respectively.
