摘　　要：阐述了物流企业成长概念及其描述方法,分别从物流企业内部和外部对物流企业成长的决定性因素的研究现状进行了回顾,其中重点论述了物流企业成长的能力决定理论。The paper expatiates on the concept and describing method of logistics enterprise＇s growth, reviews the research situation on the decisive factors of logistics enterprise＇s growth respectively from internal and external part of the enterprises and focuses on discussing the decisive theory of logistics enterprise＇s growth capability.
