摘 要:采用悬浮液进样技术,原子吸收光谱法测定核桃粉中钙和镁的含量。将核桃粉悬浮于琼脂胶体中制成悬浮液,直接喷入空气-乙炔火焰,用标准加入法测定,并将测定结果与灰化法测定结果进行了比较,经t检验,在显著性水平α=0.05时两种方法无显著性差异,相对标准偏差小于4.5%,检出限分别为0.11 mg.L-1和0.045 mg.L-1。Technique of suspension sample introduction was applied to the flame atomic absorption spectrometric determination of Ca and Mg in powdered walnut. The sample of powdered walnut was prepared by suspending the powder into an agar solution. The prepared suspension was then directly nebulized and carried into the air acetylene flame. The determination of Ca and Mg was carried out by calibration with standard additions. Analytical results of the suggested method were compared with those of the ashing method. As verified by t-test, no significance difference was found between the two methods at the level of a= 0.05. Values of RSD's of the method were 〈4.5%. Detection limits of this method were found to be 0.11 mg·L^-1 (for Ca) and 0. 045 mg·L^-1 (for Mg).
