动态环境对公司创业战略与绩效关系的调节效应研究

摘　　要：本文研究创新、冒险、先动、竞争侵略等公司创业战略倾向与绩效的关系在动态环境中的表现。研究结果显示动态环境对公司创业战略—绩效关系存在调节效应。本文在部分实证研究结果上,取得了不同于国外学者的研究结论(动态环境对于先动性与绩效的关系具有负向调节效应),这种差异性正好反映了中国转型经济环境对于公司创业战略决策和结果的影响,这对于理解、解释中国企业的创业战略决策及其绩效具有启发意义。The paper focuses on examining the moderating influence of environment dynamism on the relationship of innovativeness, risk taking, proactiveness, competitive aggressiveness to performance respectively. The results indicated that environment moderated the relationship between firm＇s entrepreneurial strategic poses and performance. And, compared with American scholars＇ prior study, the present study showed different findings regarding the moderating influence of dynamic environment on the relationship between firm＇s proactiveness and performance. Such a study should shed light on our understanding of Chinese firm＇s entrepreneurial strategic process and the impact of transition economic environment on firm＇s entrepreneurial strategic behavior.
