摘  要:分析了系统可靠性分析法中FMEA和FTA各自的优点,探讨2种方法相结合分析复杂系统可靠性的可行性,进而以某微机控制直通电空制动中的非常制动系统为研究对象,分别运用FMEA和FTA对其进行分析,给出了FMEA分析表并建立了系统的故障树模型;根据布尔代数的运算规则对故障树进行了逻辑简化,得出了系统部件故障的最小割集;利用最小割集对所建立的故障树进行定量计算,得出了系统的可靠性指标。The advantages are analyzed for FMEA and FTA, two of the system reliability analysis methods. And the possibility is studied for analysis of complimented system reliability with the combination of the two methods. Then the abnormal braking of microcomputer controlled directacting electro-pneumatic braking system is analyzed with FMEA and FTA methods. The FMEA analysis table is given and the fault tree model of the system is built. The logic simplification is done to the fault tree with Boolean algebra formula and the minimum cutset of the system component faults is achieved. Then quantitative calculations are made to the built fault tree with the minimum cutest so as to reach the system reliability index.
