摘　　要：通过对经济全球化和知识经济时代企业合作新模式——知识联盟的内涵及特点、企业信息资源开发涵义的分析,考虑到信息资源开发对知识联盟企业生存和发展的重要意义,提出了知识联盟企业信息资源开发的几点措施。This paper analysed the meaning and trait of knowledge alliances, the new pattern of enterprises＇ operation in the economy global and knowledge economy era, and the meaning of information resource exploitation in enterprises, put forward several measures of ~nformation resource exploitation in enterprises based on the knowledge alliances considering the significance of information resource exploitation to the survival and development of enterprises based on the knowledge alliances.
