摘  要:目的:选择薄荷挥发油的最佳提取条件及其β-环糊精(β-CD)包合工艺。方法:采用正交实验法,以浸泡时间、超声波处理时间、提取时间、加水量为影响因素,以挥发油得率为指标优选提取工艺。采用正交实验法,以β-CD和薄荷挥发油投料比、包合时间、包合温度为影响因素,以包合物收得率和挥发油包合率的综合评分为指标,优选包合工艺。结果:最佳提取条件为:浸泡1.0h,超声波处理60m in,加热提取4h,加水600mL。最佳包合条件为:β-CD和薄荷挥发油投料比为8∶1,包合时间为1.5h,包合温度为30℃。结论:按照本试验方法得到较高的提取率及得到稳定的包合物。Objective: To screen an optimal method for the extraction of volatile oil from Mentha hapiocalyx Briq and processing techniques of β - yclodextrin ( β - CD) inclusion compound of it. Methods : The study was carried out with orthogonal design, the effects among volume of water, time of immersion, extraction of volatile oil enhanced with ultrasonic wave and time of extraction on the contents of volatile oil were used as indexes. The optimum including technically was chosen by determining the oil -bearing rate. And then the effects among the proportion of β -CD and volatile oil, the time and tempreaure in the inclusion compound were used as indexes. Results : The optimal process for oil extraction was that the volume of water is 600mL, the time of immersion is 1. Oh, the time extraction of volatile oil enhanced with ultrasonic wave is 60minutes, time of extraction on the contents of volatile oil is 4hours. The optimal processing conditions for ( β - CD) inclusion compound of Mentha hapiocalyx Briq were : the proportion of β - CD and volatile oil being 8 : 1, the inclusion compound being stirred for 1.5 hours at 30℃. Conclusion : This method can improve the extraction of volatile oil and increase the stability of paraparations.
