College teachers' integrity in medical students' eyes——a survey of teachers' integrity in Health Science Center

摘　　要：为了解医学部教师师德现状,本文对北京大学250名在校医学生发放了《医学部专职教师师德调查问卷》,从教师的师德总体评价、职业情感、教书之德、育人之德、学术之德,以及对加强师德建设的态度等几个方面进行了调查研究。结果表明医学部教师师德整体状况较好与个别教师师德失范现象并存。这就要求我们要正视我国教育投入现状,努力构建师德建设长效机制。In order to realize the teachers＇ integrity in Health Science Center, ＂The Questionnaire of Teachers＇ Integrity of Health Science Center ＂has been distributed among 250 medical students in Peking University. A survey of teachers＇ integrity has been made in the whole assessment, emotion of profession, teaching, educating, learning, and attitude towards enhancing teachers＇ integrity. The result shows that the whole teachers＇ integrity is noble-minded, and few teachers＇ integrity is missed. So, the realities ot＂ the education investment must be envisaged and best should be tried to set up efficient mechanism of teachers＇ integrity construction for a long time.
