摘  要:分别讨论了耐氧两歧双歧杆菌在小瓶培养、发酵罐间歇培养以及流加培养的生长代谢特性,探讨了实现其高密度培养的途径。在发酵罐流加培养试验中,通过流加碱和流加基质培养,使双歧杆菌生长的OD600值达到1.67,菌体浓度约为6.3×1010个/mL,乳酸浓度达到620mg/100mL。并使双歧杆菌生长的周期明显延长。During the small vessel culture, batch culture and feeding culture in the fermenter, the characteristics of cell growth and metabolism of oxygen resistant Bifidobacterium bifidum were discussed. The ways of high cell density culture were sought. In the process of feeding culture, by way of feeding alkali and feeding culture medium, the OD600 reached to 1. 670. The cell density of the strain was as high as 6. 3 10^10per mL. The production of lactic acid also reached to 620mg/100mL in the optimum culture medium. The growth period of the strain was made to prolong obviously by the optimization of culture condition.
