摘　　要：阐述了构建大学生创新能力评价体系的重要意义,指出了普通工科院校大学生创新能力评价体系的基本内容,提出了应从课内和课外创新教育培养大学生的创新意识和创新能力。The essentiality on constructing evaluating system of an innovative ability for general undergraduate is expatiated. The basic contents of the evaluating system of an innovative ability for general engineering undergraduate including innovative consciousness and practically innovative ability as well as innovative ability in the future are pointed out. The methods for training innovative consciousness and innovative ability of the undergraduates based on the extracurricular and curricular innovative education are put forward.
