摘　　要：海藻多糖具有多种生物活性，在生物体内起着重要作用，现已成为海藻研究的热点。本文综述了海藻多糖的种类，海藻多糖的提取、分离与提纯技术，海藻多糖性质的测定方法及海藻多糖的生物活性。The algae polysaccharides have multiple bioactivities and play an important role in the organism, which have become the research hotspot of algae. The sorts, the methods of extraction, separation and purification, the methods of character determination and bioactivities of algae polysaccharide were briefly reviewed in this paper.
