摘  要:采用盆栽试验研究了28个马铃薯品种(系)的钾营养特性。结果表明:钾营养对块茎产量、水分含量和淀粉含量均存在显著影响:低钾显著降低了马铃薯块茎产量和块茎水分含量,而对淀粉含量变化因品种(系)而异。本实验筛选得到:在低钾下,N6-22的单株产量极显著高于供试品种(系)的平均值,中农Ⅷ-1、J-阿坝、疫红皮、971-12和中农Ⅷ-3显著高于平均值,以上6个品种(系)为钾高效品种(系);中农Ⅷ-2、高原七号、米拉等6个品种(系)低钾相对产量均大于95%,为耐低钾品种(系)。研究还表明,低钾胁迫导致马铃薯块茎产量的降低,主要与块茎内水分含量的减少有关。Pot experiment was carried out to study potassium nutrition characteristics of 28 potato strains. The results indicated that potassium nutrition influenced tuber yield, water content and starch content significantly: low potassium decreased tuber yield and water content significantly, while starch content was different according to strains. Among tested strains, the yield of N6 - 22 per plant was highest significantly, as well as Zhongnong Ⅷ - 1, J - aba, Yihongpi, 971 - 12 and Zhongnong Ⅷ - 3 were higher significantly than the average under low-potassium stress. Therefore, these strains have highest potassium efficient. Low-potassium tolerance strains included 6 strains presented by Zhongnong -2, Gaoyuan 7 and Mira, and their relative yield was more than 95% under low-potassium stress. The study also suggested that the reduction of tuber yield caused by low potassium stress was mainly related to the decrease of water content in tuber.
