摘  要:介绍了电动汽车动力驱动系统主要部件参数的设计方法,并从车辆动力学的角度建立了仿真模型。运用PSAT仿真软件对所设计系统进行了动力性和续驶里程的模拟计算,结果表明,所设计匹配的动力系统基本满足车辆的性能要求,验证了所建模型的正确性。分析了车重、车速和传动系效率对车辆续驶里程的影响,指出所设计的微型纯电动轿车最经济车速为35km/h。该套方法对车辆开发初期进行动力系统设计具有现实指导意义。Methods of parameters design of EV' s main power train components are introduced, and simulation models are built based on vehicle dynamics. Using Power train System Analysis Toolkit(PSAT),this paper proposes simulation results of the entire vehicle' s dynamic performance and driving range, which shows that the power train components' parameters designed here can basically meet the vehicle's requirements. Meanwhile, it demonstrates the correctness and validity of simulation models. Influences of vehicle's weight, speed and power train efficiency on driving range are discussed here, and this paper figures out that the most economy vehicle speed of the light EV designed here is 35 km/h. Methods in this design have instructive and practical meaning for power train design at the beginning of EV development.
