摘　　要：研究了β-酪啡肽-7的分析检测方法。以β-酪啡肽-7标准品进行了色谱条件的探索,包括分离柱,流动相的选择以及柱温,柱压、流速、检测波长和灵敏度的选择,最后建立了简单有效的检测方法,并确定了β-略啡肽-7高效液相色谱的检测条件。The experiment was designed to explore the chromatograph conditions of β-Casomorphin-7, including the choice of separation column, flows as well as the column temperature, column pressure, the speed of flow, the test wave length and the sensitivity. By this study, a simple efficient method to detect β-casomorphin-7 and the conditions of determination by HPLC was established.
