摘　　要：从中药学科的发展现状出发,以培养"传承与创新"高技能人才为着眼点,重点探索其人才培养模式和途径,发掘高职高专人才培养的改革与发展思路,从多角度提出具体的培养计划、实施方案及预期目标,势必对中药学的传承与发展起到积极的推动作用。The article is summarized TCM developing status and emphasized on higher technical talents training of TCM carry - on and creation. It is explored talents cultivating models and paths, and higher vocational education talents -training thoughts of reform and development. Detailed training plans, measures and expected destinations are put forward from several angles, It must improve TCM carry- on and development actively.
