摘　　要：虽然在学术界有许多学者认为,先秦时期杂家"学无所主"、"调和"、"折衷"百家之学,杂家不成其为一个学派,甚至将其归属于黄老道家。但笔者通过多年的研究,发现先秦杂家有自己独特的学术宗旨、理论方法和构筑思想体系的思维模式,先秦杂家有自己的代表人物和作品,而且,先秦杂家和汉初诸子有着学术上的传承关系。Although many scholars regard that Pre- Qin Eclectics was not a school, but I discover through many years studies that Pre - Qin Eclectics not only has its systematic learning aim, theory method and mode of thinking, but also has its thinkers and classical books. Moreover, there is much connections between Pre- Qin Eclectics and systematic learning of the Han Dynasty,
