摘  要:目的观察黑米花色苷提取物(AREBR)对果糖喂养胰岛素抵抗大鼠的抗氧化及胰岛素敏感性的影响。方法将48只SD大鼠分成4组,设置对照,通过向高果糖饲料中添加8w或4w的AREBR(5g/kgdiet),观察膳食添加花色苷对大鼠血液氧化应激水平、胰岛素敏感性和葡萄糖耐量的影响。结果摄入AREBR能预防果糖引起的胰岛素抵抗;显著降低果糖喂养大鼠血液中脂质过氧化产物丙二醛(MDA)和氧化型谷胱甘肽(GSSG)的含量,改善大鼠胰岛素敏感性和葡萄糖耐量,但AREBR干预4w不能消除高胰岛素血症。结论AREBR可预防和改善果糖引起的大鼠胰岛素抵抗及葡萄糖耐量异常,这可能与其抗氧化作用有关。Objective To evaluate the effects of the anthocyanin-rich extract from black rice (AREBR) on antioxidation and insulin sensitization in fructose-induced insulin resistant rats. Method Forty eight rats were randomly divided into 4 groups fed with different diets for 8 w. The levels of fasting blood glucose and serum insulin were determined at 4 w and 8 w, and the serum MDA and GSSG were measured at the end of the experiment. Results Dietary supplementation with AREBR (5 g/kg high- fructose diet) prevented the development of fructose-induced insulin resistance, effectively ameliorated the impaired glucose tolerance, and decreased serum MDA and GSSG, but failed to reverse hyperinsulinemia. Conclusion The amelioration effects of AREBR on insulin resistance in fructose-fed rats may be attributed to its antioxidation action.[ACTA NUTRMENTA SINICA, 2008, 30(1): 85-87]
