摘　　要：依据生产实例介绍了机器人焊接工作站的设计方法;并详细例举了薄不锈钢板焊接工作站的工位布局、工作站夹具设计原理;最后简要介绍了工作站的电控系统和气动控制系统。This paper introduces the design method of the stainless steel case welding robot workstation according to production examples. It also enumerates clearly the work station layout of thin stainless plate welding stations and design principle of fixtures. Finally, a brief introduction about electronic and pneumatic control system of workstation is given.
