摘  要:为了克服传统的集散控制系统DCS的不足,设计了一种基于FCS的工厂电力监测系统,系统的硬件结构设计及软件设计采用了一种PTS的A/D转换方式,同一般的中断服务程序相比,节省了CPU资源。提出了八次采样去极值滤波法,有效的减少外界信息的干扰。系统可以完成对配电网数据采集和实时监测,并可在主控机上显示电力监测系统的配置和相应的参数。该系统能提高工厂电力监测控制的自动化水平。In order to overcome conventional distributed control system's defects, an electric power monitoring system based on FCS is designed. Its hardware structure and software flow chart are presented, Each uses a proposed conversion method A/D. Compared with the general disruption of service procedures the system, saves CPU resources.Eight sampling filter law is proposed to redace the information of putside.This system has the functions of collecting data and monitoring.The electric power monitoring systematic configuration and corresponding parameters can list on computer display.The system has characteristics, such as high reliabilit, high communication speed, strong anti-jamming capability, flexible configuration and so on,This system can effectively improve the automation oevel of the electric power monitoring control.
