小学二年级学生家长预防儿童性侵犯知识调查研究

摘　　要：目的了解小学生家长预防儿童性侵犯知识、态度及教育活动。方法用自填式问卷对湖北、辽宁省6所小学2年级学生的450名家长预防儿童性侵犯知识、态度及教育活动状况进行不记名调查。结果约1/3的家长认识到对儿童进行性侵犯的人多是儿童熟悉的人(35.0%);受到性侵犯的儿童通常不会在身体上留下明显的痕迹(30.8%)。90.8%的家长赞成学校开展预防儿童性侵犯教育。尽管几乎所有的家长与孩子谈论过要警惕陌生人,但很少有家长与孩子谈论预防性侵犯,如只有48.4%的家长与孩子谈论过如果有性侵犯发生,要告诉父母或其他可信任的成年人;2.7%的家长给孩子看过有关预防儿童性侵犯内容的书刊或音像制品。结论家长缺少基本的预防儿童性侵犯知识,应注重社区基础的预防儿童性侵犯教育。Objective To understand parents＇ knowledge about prevention of child sexual abuse （ CSA ）. Methods An anonymous investigation was performed by questionnaire on the knowledge, attitude and education of prevention of child sexual abuse among 450 parents of pupils in 6 elementary schools in Hubei and Liaoning in China. Results 90. 8% of the parents were willing to admit prevention education of child sexual abuse. Although nearly all parents warned their children of dangers from strangers, they were much less likely to talk specifically about sexual abuse. Only 48. 4% of the parents told their children that parents or other trusty adults should be told if sexual abuse happened to them; 2. 7% had provided their children with books or audiovisual products about child sexual abuse prevention. The parents＇ prevention knowledge of child sexual abuse was quite limited. Only one third believed that children were most likely to be sexually abused by familiar people （35%） , and that when a child was sexually abused, there would usually be no obvious physical evidences （30. 8% ）. Conclusion The parents are short of the basic knowledge of prevention of child sexual abuse. We should pay more attention to community - based child sexual abuse prevention education.
