摘 要:以某典型中级轿车后轮为例,对轿车后轮定位参数动态特性试验测试方法进行了研究.设计制定了基于电-液伺服四通道车辆道路模拟试验台的后轮定位参数测量试验方案,在振动台架上测定该车后轮前束角和外倾角的动态变化特性,研究了扫频信号和随机信号加载和单双侧加载等不同的加载方式对测试结果的影响,并对试验结果进行了误差分析.研究表明,该车轮定位参数动态特性试验测量方法简单、可行,准确度较高,为车轮定位参数的动态特性的测取提供了新思路.This paper presents a research of the dynamic characteristics testing method of the rear wheel of a typical car and new experimental project and testing method based on the four-post vehicle road simulation system. The dynamic characteristics of the toe-in and camber of the rear wheel were measured on the vibration test table. The influences of different input manners were investigated such as the swept input and the stochastic input, the single input and the dual input. And an analysis was made of the testing results and the testing error. The analysis result shows that the testing method is simple and feasible and of great accuracy of measurement. The experiment study provides a new way for the dynamic characteristics testing of the vehicle wheels.
