摘　　要：本研究对高职院校教师的特征和教学的特殊性进行了分析,指出了当前教师专业发展和专业继续教育存在的问题并提出了应对策略。This dissertation makes analysis on the characteristic of higher vocational teachers of higher vocational teaching, points out the problems in the present development of teachers＇ and particularity major and further education, and proposes the corresponding countermeasures.
