摘　　要：随着我国高等教育的迅速发展,部分高校为满足扩大招生的需求,采用银行贷款方式进行大规模的基础设施建设,但是由于对贷款风险重视不够,造成了贷款的规模过大,给学校和银行均带来了财务风险。With the rapid development of our higher education, some of the colleges take the way of borrowing money to make the large-scale infrastructure establishment to meet the demand of expansing the enrolment of new students, however, they underestimate the risk and thus it resulted in going too far in the loan which may bring financial risk to both the universities and the banks. This paper gives a brief introduction of practically preventing and controling the risk which is brought by college loan.
