摘　　要：他汀类药物是常用的降血脂药物，近年来的研究表明，该药通过对羟甲基戊二酰单酰辅酶A还原酶的抑制作用，可抑制肿瘤细胞增殖，诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡。其临床相对优良的安全性为肿瘤治疗提供了新的策略。Statins are commonly-used drugs for the treatment of hypercholesterolemia. In recent years, many studies have demonstrated that statins could inhibit proliferation and induce apoptosis of cancer cells through inhibiting hydroxymethylglutaryl-CoA （HMG-CoA） reductase. Since statins are widely used in clinic without any serious side effect,it may present a new strategy for cancer therapy.
