摘 要:基于扫描式激光雷达的基本原理和自适应巡航控制(ACC)系统的工作要求,指出了对激光雷达扫描平面进行定位的目的和意义。通过对2个点目标和楔形块斜面进行扫描测量,确定了激光雷达扫描透镜即激光探头在光学保护罩内的深度和激光扫描平面的高度,并进行了补充实验对测量结果加以验证,证明测量误差在1 cm以内,为确定激光雷达在汽车上的理想安装位置,减小系统误差,避免ACC系统发生误报打下了基础。The purpose and the significance of orientation to scanning plane of the automotive adaptive cruise control(ACC) radar are pointed out based on the basic principle of the scanning laser radar and the working demands of the ACC. Through scanning the two punctual objects and the inclined plane of a cuneiform block, the depth of scanning tens, that is, the laser probe in the optic protecting cover and the height of laser scanning plane are confirmed. The complementary tests prove that the error of the test results above is smaller than lcm, which can help to make sure the ideal installing position of the laser radar in the car, reduce the system errors and avoid the misinformation of the ACC system.
