高校校办企业发展中存在的问题及对策

摘　　要：文章分析了校办企业发展的现状,以及发展中存在的产权不清、管理体制和运行机制不顺、资金短缺等问题,提出用现代企业制度改造现有企业,成立高校资产经营有限公司和实现投资主体多元化等来促进校办企业的改革与发展。Tiffs article analyzes some problems existed in the school - owned enterprises according to the present development of the school run enterprise. Those problems include the ambiguity of property right, the irrationality of management system and the lack of fund. The article proposes some measure, such as restructing the current school - owned enterprise with modem enterprise system and found school asset - management corporation and achieve investor diversification.
