摘　　要：本文为纪念《汉语拼音方案》颁布50周年而作,以史实具体阐明了《汉语拼音方案》与清末以来汉语拼音运动中的切音字运动、国语注音字母运动、国语罗马字运动和拉丁化新文字运动的历史渊源关系、《汉语拼音方案》的制定过程及其由法定的国内标准成为国际标准的历程。This paper is written to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the scheme for Chinese Phonetic Alphabet. With concrete historical events, it specifically clarifies the historical relationship between the Scheme for Chinese Phonetic Alphabet and the Movement of Qieyin Character, National Phonetic Notation, National Romanization, Latinized New Character, and the process of establishing the Scheme for Chinese Phonetic Alphabet and the course from native criteria to international standard.
