摘  要:从发酵菌种、发酵工艺等方面综述了发酵法生产D-乳酸的国内外研究现状,着重介绍了代谢工程在发酵产酸方面的应用,对今后的研究趋势进行了展望。D-lactic acid is considered to be an important organic acid which is widely used in polymer material, agriculture and chemical industry. The current progress in fermentation of D-lactic acid was reviewed. The bacterium and technology were introduced. The technology of metabolic engineering used in fermentation was introduced especially. The metabolic mechanism and flux distribution in D-lactic acid bacterium were analyzed and further application outlook was put forward.
