基于重复博弈的图书馆心理契约研究

摘　　要：在市场经济条件下,由于个人理性与集体理性的矛盾,图书馆组织和员工都倾向于追求各自利益的最大化,从而容易陷入"囚徒困境",给图书馆组织的生存与发展带来严重的威胁。本文通过阐释重复博弈条件下图书馆组织和员工双方心理契约的缔结过程,尝试从心理契约的角度来探讨促进双方实现有效沟通的途径。Under the condition of market economy, as the conflict existing between individual rational and collective rational, the library organizations and staffs are both prone to pursue their own best interest. There.fore, it is easy to fall into the situation of ＂prisoner plight＂, and put severe threats to the existence and development of library organization. By way of explaining the process of making a psychological contract based on the condition of repetition gambling, the essay will try to find out a route to promote both sides＇ effective cormunication from the perspective of psychological of contract.
