企业空白地带的绩效改进设计

摘  要:本文基于158份有效的社会调查问卷,对空白地带绩效评测的5个维度的功效进行了检验。结果表明,冲突解决能力、合作意识、资源与信息共享、目标一致这4个因子对于空白地带的绩效改进具有显著的且稳健的积极作用,而员工自身业务能力的作用并不显著。本文的研究结果说明,要解决空白地带所产生的问题,关键在于建立良好的沟通与协作机制。The white space inside the enterprise comes into being as the specialization developing. This paper investigates the causes and the impacts of white space, and establishes a set of appraisal indicators to improve the performance of the white space. Based on the social investigation and 158 effective questionnaires, this paper tests the effects of five appraisal factors on the white space. The results indicate that, the ability to resolve the conflict and other three factors including cooperating consciousness, sharing the resource and information and having the consistency target, have remarkable and steady positive effect on improving the performance of white space, but the staffs ' operating ability has little effect on the performance. These results show that establishing a good communication and cooperation mechanism is the key factor to resolving the problem caused by the white space.
