高技术企业研发控制模式的多维度比较研究

摘　　要：在分析和综合国内外有关高技术企业研发控制模式研究成果的基础上,从研发控制权力配置、研发组织管理、研发组织学习能力、研发绩效测控方式、研发人员激励措施等多个维度,对专家自主控制模式、组织层次控制模式、内部市场化控制等3种主要的研发控制模式进行了比较研究。Based on the analysis of R＆D management control mode research in Hi-tech enterprise abroad and domestic, we conclude that R＆D control mode should be analyzed and compared in authority allocation, R＆D organizational structure, learning ability, performance evaluation and control technique, and R＆D stuff incentive means. And then, we analyze the difference of those multi-dimensions among three main R＆D management control mode, i.e., specialist control mode, bureaucratic control mode, and internal marketing management control mode.
