摘　　要：《体育与健康课程》的新理念带来了学习方式的根本变革。在新课程改革的发展过程中,教学方式变革的重要性日益凸现出来。没有教学方式的变革,新课程的发展将是不可想象的。因此关注体育教学方式的改革,寻求教学创新之路,便成为我们面临的一个重要问题。The new values of P. E. and health course bring the fundamentality change for learning style. In the process of reforming the new course, the importance of the change of teaching method is increasingly embodied. If the change of teaching method is absent, the development of new course would not imagine. Therefore, focusing on the change of sports teaching method and searching the road of teaching innovation has become to be an important question which we must meet.
