摘　　要：通过对气相色谱仪测定果汁中脱氢乙酸的不确定度进行系统分析,对不确定度分量进行计算,得出果汁中脱氢乙酸含量合成不确定度和扩展不确定度,并通过评估,得出影响测定果汁中脱氢乙酸不确定度的主要因素.The uncertainty in the measurement of Dehydroacetic Acid in juice Dy gas chromatography is comprehensively analyzed in this paper. The expanding uncertainty and synthesizing standard uncertainty are shown. The major factors affecting the uncertainty in the determination of Dehydroacetic Acid in juice was shown in the experiment.
