摘  要:目的:观察耐缺氧抗疲劳功能性食品对高原健康人体脑血流图的影响。方法:自行研制耐缺氧抗疲劳组合食品,包括耐缺氧发酵食品、033高能固体饮料、多维电解质泡腾饮片等。选择拉萨地区战士30名,随机分为复合食品组、红景天组和对照组,每组10名,自身对照,多功能阻抗测试仪分析各组服用前后脑血流图的变化。结果:与服用前相比,复合食品组人员服用后主波波幅显著降低(P<0.05),上升时间显著减少(P<0.05),血液流入时间明显缩短(P<0.05),流入容积速度增大(P<0.05);红景天组服用前后无变化。结论:耐缺氧抗疲劳复合食品对于改善高原环境下人体脑血液循环有一定作用。Objective:To observe the effects of the functional foods of antihypoxia and antifatlgue on the rheoencephalogram at high altitude. Methods: A combined food of antihypoxia and antifatigue was made by us and it consisted of antihypoxic food, 033 high energy solid beverage and multi - vitamins and electrolytes effervescent tablet. 30 healthy soldiers in Lhasa(above sea level 3700 m) were selected randomly and divided into three groups, 10 men every group. They were given the functional food, rhodiola liquor and placebo, respectively. Their rheoencephalogram before and after the treatment were recorded by impedance rheography and compared each other. Results: After the treatment, the rise time and the inflow time of blood decreased obviously, the infusion volume velocity increased and amplitude reduced markedly(P〈0.05)in the functional food group. But no change of rheoencephalogram was observed in rhodiola group after the treatment. Conclusion:The functional food of antihypoxia and antifatigue can obviously improve the blood circulation in brain of people at high altitude.
