摘　　要：本文给出了一种新的测地块的构造方法，这种方法不同于已有的所有方法，它是由ＢＤ设计和某些已知的测地块来构造的．A new construction procedure for geodetic blocks is given, which is different from some of the known procedures. It is shown how the new class of geodetic blocks are constructed from BD and the several given geodetic blocks. The problem of Plesnik on the existence of such a graph different from W P d and K n (i) is settled in the affirmative.
