摘　　要：利用生物素营养缺陷型茵株的特点，建立了简便检测天然有机物中生物素含量的微生物方法。当生物素浓度在1～4μg／L，与平板生长圈直径大小呈直线相关。用此方法检测了玉米浆、酵母膏、甜菜糖蜜中生物素的含量分别为747，248，1707μg／kg。A simple microorganism growing method is established to detect biotin content in nature organic materials by biotin nutrition-defective strain. The biotin content is liniarity related to the bacteria growing circle diameter when the biotin content is at the range of 1μg/L to 4μg/L. The biotin content identified by the method at the corn slurry, yeast ex tractive, sirup is 747,248,1707μg/kg, respectively.
