摘  要:以环己酮和巯基乙醇为原料,采用TiSiW12O40/TiO2作催化剂,合成了一种新的香料化合物1,4-氧硫杂螺[4,5]癸烷,并用元素分析I、R1、H NMR对其结构进行了表征。结果表明,n(环己酮)与n(巯基乙醇)的比为1.0∶1.3,催化剂负载量ω(TiSiW12O40)为18%,m(催化剂)与m(环己酮)的比0.06∶1,反应时间4 h,目标产物的收率为90.7%。催化剂无需处理可直接重复使用8次以上。A new perfume cyclohexanone 2-mercaptan ethanol ketal was synthesized using TiSiW12040/TiO2 as catalyst, cyclohexanone and 2-mercaptan ethanol as raw material, and its structure was characterized by IR and ^1 HNMR spectra and elemental analysis. The optimal reaction conditions were obtained as follows: the mole ratio of cyclohexanone to 2-mercaptan ethanol was 1.0 : 1.3, absorbed quantity of catalyst was 18%, quantity ratio of catalyst to cyclohexanone was 0.06 : 1, reaction time was 4 h, the yield of target compound was 90. 7%. The repetitive use of this catalyst was also reviewed.
