摘 要:详细分析和讨论了外扩散抑制与化学抑制间的相互作用.结果表明:总有效系数η等于外扩散有效系数ηdif与化学抑制有效系数ηch之积,并且分别小于ηdif和ηch在外扩散抑制与竞争性、非竞争性或反竟争等不同化学抑制共存的反应体系中,底物浓度具有不同的影响;外扩散抑制与化学抑制间存在“抗激发互交作用”.从而对外扩散抑制与化学抑制共存的固定化酶促反应有了进一步的认识.The co-interaction between outside diffusion inhibition and chemical inhibition is analysed in detail. The total effective coefficient n equals the product of outside diffusion inhibition effective coefficient ηdifand chemical inhibition effective coefficient ηchand ηis less than ηdifand ηch respectively. There are different effects of the substrate concentration in this kind of reaction in which there are outside diffusion inhibition and competitive noncompetitive or uncompetitive chemical inhibition respectively. There is an antienergistic interaction in the reactions in which the two kinds of inhibitions exist. From tile results we have a better understanding for this kind of reactions catalyzed by immobilized enzymes in which there are outside diffusion inhibition and chemical inhibition.
